SDC is intensively working on a Climate, DRR and Environment Guidance which aims at increasing thematic coherence within SDC, assisting SDC operational staff in developing interventions and supporting mainstreaming to leverage the full potential of co-benefits.
SDC Guidelines on Disaster Risk Reduction
The purpose of the DRR Guidelines is to show how SDC contributes to global efforts in substantially reducing disaster losses. It provides guidelines on how to systematically cope with disaster risks emanating from natural hazards and integrating DRR into existing SDC planning and operational processes.
